Anibal Ruiz

Hello. My name is Anibal Ruiz. I am an Agronomist by profession but I have always had dogs for security in my home. My current dog was getting older and I knew it was time to invest in a new dog. I wanted to get a puppy that I could enjoy and train to protect my home. I heard about Winstar Nightwatch Kennel through a family member and decided to check the dogs out. The breeder, Tomas Irizarry, talked to me extensively about the Belgian Malinois breed. He talked to me about their drive, speed, stamina and intelligence. I had no idea until then that these dogs were being used for police work. The proof of what I was told became clear when I saw the stud dog Lee working. I was able to look at all his pups and fell in love with Aquima. She is strong, agile and has this glow about her when she works. I have of ten been in touch with Tomas since the purchase. He has helped me through her obedience training and she is getting ready for protection work. I am truly happy with the purchase I made and the support that Winstar Nightwatch Kennel has given me in the training and care of my new Belgian Malinois.
